It was submittted to the Guardians of Ann Fernandez to use. They asked me to put together something to send to the court but the bloodsucking attorneys did not want their glory stolen. I guarantee if I send a letter to the Tx Supreme Court they will include it. In fact Rog you just inspired me. I will now modify this letter and make it applicable to all heirs pointing out the very issue that Ann Fernandez is not sole heir as claimed in the lawsuit but is in fact one of several other heirs and blood relations. Remember it was my research all in the e brief and I can prove it! Thank You Rog!

I am not an Attorney. But you can count on that letter! If they send it back they can count on the FALLOUT. I once again assure you. I am not guaranteeing so as to ascertain a committment from a client as an Attorney would do. It is my word and I guarantee it!

Wrong again. We went to Goliad that day with Marie Fernandez at the request of Dr Ray Fernandez. And the challenge was never by myself it was by a screen name of CONDOT. I assure very few. Their distribution here is zero.
